That article is great. When everyone my own age at the office suddenly retired, I was stuck with an office of snowflakes. We were legal advocates for folks with all kinds of disabilities. I was incredulous when a new flakey colleague said she was triggered by the behaviour of one of my clients. She had come to us from a mental health nonprofit. Good God, talk about choosing the wrong profession. I was glad to leave the place I had loved for 16+ years. I hear from community professionals that the service has gone to shit. No wonder boomers are retiring before we really want to.
